1. Relationship and eligibility

The partner relationship is with Pablo Adrian Fernandez Terra operating Verinido; contact support@verinido.com, Södra Ligården 12, 425 30 Hisings Kärra, Sweden. A partner is an independent promoter, not an employee or authorised representative solely by this agreement, subject always to the actual relationship and mandatory law. Applying, receiving an offer or accepting interest does not itself activate a partnership. Activation requires the approved onboarding, agreement and payout/verification requirements. Community partners must demonstrate authority for their communities; external language places are separate.

2. Permitted promotion

Explain the service accurately, identify commercial incentives and follow community rules and applicable advertising law. Obtain permission where required, respect refusals and use an appropriate language. Spam, scraping, mass unsolicited contact, deceptive claims, guaranteed-income promises, self-referrals and misrepresentation are prohibited. A partner cannot bind Verinido, amend booking terms, collect guest payments or make commitments on Verinido's behalf. No exclusivity over a host or community arises except through an expressly confirmed allocation.

3. Attribution and review

Attribution requires a valid partner link and the host's active confirmation; the first valid confirmation governs under the recorded attribution rules. Existing valid host attributions are not overwritten by later community changes. No reward is split between two partners for the same qualifying booking. Challenges should be reported with evidence within 14 days of discovery, without removing rights that cannot lawfully be time-limited. A previously registered host or self-referral does not acquire a new reward merely by following a link. Allocation of communities does not itself prove attribution of every host there.

4. Commission and payment

The proposed standard reward is the greater of €10 or 20% of Verinido's service fee excluding VAT per qualifying completed stay. The applicable accepted commercial schedule must confirm the amount, attribution and eligibility. Payment requires a valid attribution, a paid completed booking, the applicable refund/dispute conditions and an eligible payout account. Monthly settlement is intended for the 15th, subject to processing and lawful holds. Valid refunds, fraud or chargebacks may reverse the corresponding reward, with an explanation and an opportunity to challenge errors. Partners handle their own tax obligations; no minimum earnings or volume is guaranteed.

5. Data and confidential information

Use only information needed for authorised promotion and administration. Do not export, sell, scrape or reuse traveller data. Protect credentials and confidential business information and report suspected breaches promptly. Each party must comply with its actual data-protection role; this agreement alone is not a data-processing agreement or authority to report to SES for hosts. Verinido's privacy notice explains application, verification, attribution and payment processing. Confidentiality does not prevent lawful reporting to authorities or exercising statutory rights.

6. Pauses, termination and versions

Any activity, pause, community-allocation or place-loss rules must be supplied and accepted before they apply. A partner may request closure through support; Verinido may restrict or end participation proportionately for material breach, fraud or legal/security reasons, with reasons and review where lawful. Termination stops new eligible activity from its effective date; valid previously earned amounts remain subject to their original qualification and reversal rules.
