We strongly recommend keeping private rentals in Verinido's calendar. Share the booking link on social media, directly with guests or on a personal website. Using the same booking flow wherever contact begins reduces the risk of double bookings. External calendars are not automatically synced.
Standard use is free for hosts: 0% host fee. Guests pay the service fee shown before payment. A host cancellation after the guest has paid may incur a cancellation fee under the terms.

Community partner
For admins and community owners who want to give members a clearer direct-booking option and create recurring income for the community.
Keep running your Facebook group as you do today. Listings, photos and discussions stay in the group. Once host and guest have found each other, Verinido takes care of day-to-day booking administration, with automatic reminders, payment status and records in one place. Group admins do not need to manage members’ payments or bookings.
Independent partner
For people who want to work from home, find suitable property owners and introduce Verinido through their own network, social channels or one-to-one outreach.
You introduce Verinido. The host decides, confirms the introduction and manages their own homes and bookings.

The partner earns whichever is higher: €10 or 20% of Verinido's fee after VAT. Payment follows the completed stay and dispute window. A voluntary guest cancellation pays 20% only. Host or system cancellation, fraud and mandatory fee refunds do not qualify.
