The Verinido booking fee is €30 plus 10% of accommodation and cleaning. The exact refund outcome is shown before acceptance and stored with the booking. Mandatory law and card rules apply where required.

For one hour after confirmed payment, when check-in is at least seven days away, the guest can correct a mistake and receive a full refund. After that, cancellation 14 or more days before check-in refunds accommodation and cleaning; 7–13 days refunds 50% of accommodation and all cleaning; less than 7 days refunds cleaning only. The Verinido booking fee is retained unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
Cleaning, host and system
Cleaning is refunded when the stay has not started and the service was not incurred. A host cancellation is completed only after the host pays the displayed cancellation fee; the guest then receives a full refund and the dates are released. If payment is not completed, the booking remains active. A system cancellation refunds the full guest total.
Mandatory and special cases
A no-show follows the less-than-7-days rule. A started or shortened stay has no automatic refund; host and guest may agree a documented partial refund. Force majeure follows the accepted policy unless mandatory rules require another result. Card disputes are handled through the card issuer and Stripe. AI never decides a refund.
