These terms explain the roles, prices, checks and rules for a Verinido direct booking.

Verinido does not source the guest or publish a searchable listing feed.
The host keeps home information, calendar, price and required registrations accurate, confirms they are authorised to offer the home, and completes required guest reporting. The guest provides accurate information, reviews price and cancellation, accepts the agreement and follows applicable rules.
Identity is required for publication. Property Verified is a separate optional signal for the home and address; it does not prove legal ownership or rental authority. Verified stays and linked reviews are historical evidence, not a guarantee.
The host pays €0. The guest fee is €30 plus 10% of the accommodation and cleaning subtotal, including applicable VAT, and that subtotal must be at least €60. Stripe processes the payment. An optional deposit shown in the booking is paid and handled directly between host and guest; it is not part of the Verinido payment. Host bank payout is delayed under the stated payout rule; this is not escrow. A link can be paused for expired evidence, failed payment readiness or suspected abuse. Bookings open 85 days before check-in.
The accommodation agreement is between the host and guest. They are responsible for resolving claims about the home or stay. Verinido can apply its documented payment and cancellation rules and provide its own booking records, but is not a court, arbitrator, insurer or guarantor. In immediate danger or suspected crime, contact 112 or the local police. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
