This notice explains how Verinido uses and protects data for accounts, homes and direct bookings.
Version ES-2026-09-01 · stored with every accepted bookingAccount and contact details, home and availability data, booking and agreement records, provider status, security events and legally required guest information are used to authenticate users, manage direct bookings, prevent abuse and meet confirmed duties. Verinido does not include criminal-record screening.
Only necessary data is shared with contracted providers. For Spanish stays covered by Royal Decree 933/2021, required booking and guest data may be submitted through SES.HOSPEDAJES to the Ministry of the Interior and competent security authorities. The booking flow must identify the legally responsible party. Verinido transmits only with documented authority and an enabled official connection. Contact details and the exact address are released to the booking parties after confirmed payment. Identity-document copies are not requested for guest reporting or sent by e-mail.
Short-lived login, contact and message data follows the versioned retention schedule. Contract, payment and authority records are not deleted on an assumed deadline. Sensitive fields are encrypted and access is audited.
You can correct profile data, export account data and request deletion; active bookings or legal retention can delay deletion. The MVP uses only essential session and security storage. Marketing or partner tracking requires a separate consent assessment.
For platform reporting under EU 2024/1028, we collect the home’s address, postal code, municipality, country, applicable registration number, listing URL, stay dates, guest count and each guest’s country of residence. These details prepare reporting records and, once official access is verified, reporting to Spain’s Ventanilla Única Digital de Arrendamientos (VUDA). Identity numbers, names, contact details and payment amounts are excluded from this activity dataset. We retain report revisions and documented corrections for traceability. These guest details are handled separately from SES.HOSPEDAJES.
